The Art of Intentional Touch

Where therapeutic skill meets a space to truly restore.

Massage Therapy is one of the most powerful ways to guide the body back to itself. More than a remedy for sore muscles, it is an intentional practice that works to release tension, restore circulation, and support the nervous system's natural ability to regulate and heal. At Restora, every massage session is built around you. We take time to understand what you body is holding and what it needs most; then meet you where you are. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, stress, or simply craving a moment of stillness, your session will be thoughtfully tailored to support your body's own process of restoration and renewal.

The Modalities Behind Your Session

Every Technique chosen with intention | every session built around you.

Deep Tissue

Targeted, intentional work that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue; addressing chronic tension, restriction, and patterns the body has hed onto over time.

Performed by Kristin Streeter, Kim Ownby, and Gabrielle Calhoun

Relaxation Massage

A flowing, nurturing style that invites the nervous system to downshift and the body to fully surrender. Sometimes the most therapeutic thing we can do is simply rest.

Performed by Kristin Streeter, Kim Ownby, and Gabrielle Calhoun

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing — and one of the most powerful ways to guide the body back to itself. At Restora, massage is more than relaxation. It is an intentional, hands-on practice that works to release tension, restore circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal. Whether you’re carrying the weight of chronic pain, stress, or simply the demands of everyday life, massage creates a safe space for the nervous system to downshift and the body to begin its own process of restoration. Every session at Restora is tailored to you — because no two bodies, and no two journeys, are the same.
